What we collect

When you use our contact form or WhatsApp enquiry popup we collect your name, WhatsApp number, the stage and service you are interested in, and the message you write. If you order, you may also share documents such as your resume, project content or brand assets.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and deliver the service you ordered.
• To keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up and improve our services.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your files for anything other than your own project.

Where it is stored

Enquiry details are stored in a private database (Airtable) that only the Rancove team can access. Conversations happen on WhatsApp and email, which are subject to those services' own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your enquiry details and any files you shared at any time by emailing business@rancove.com.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not use your information for advertising profiles.
